When Will I get my order of Promotional USBs?

1)  Unbranded Items take 2-3 days for delivery to most metro locations in Australia
2)  For Custom Branded Flashdrives standard turnaround is 2 weeks
3)  For custom case usb keys may take 3-5 weeks depending on complexity of your custom design.

My conference is soon.  I really need personalised USB keys quickly.  HELP?

1)  Sure thing.  We can have express flashdrives delivered in 7 working days.  Fees may apply and subject to availability on the day of ordering.

How do I place an Order?

Just an email with your artwork and delivery details would be sufficient.  New customers are on COD unless otherwise arranged with one of our team members.

Is there a specific artwork file format needed for my logo?
For custom brandable flashdrives we would need your artwork in either an EPS or PDF format saved with editable outlines.  In some instances a jpeg is sufficient but it will need to be high in resolution.



Do I get large order discounts?
Yes larger orders are split into different price buckets which declines in price per unit as order volume increases.

Will you price match?
Yes, we will match all Australian quotes for an identical item.

Do we deliver overseas?
Yes!  We service Australia but for other counties please call to obtain pricing for overseas freight costs.

Payment Terms?
Our payment terms is strictly COD unless specified otherwise, please speak with a friendly sales consultant to discuss other alternatives if needed.  The exception to this being large orders which incur a 50% deposit before and after delivery.  COD does not apply to any Australian government departments.

We accept Master & VISA Credit Card, Direct Bank Deposit and Cheque.
